Patoc Family

This past Monday I was able to photograph a co-workers  family.  I've met the lil one before but had been months so it was nice seeing how much he's grown and changed in that short period of time.  Being 2 years of age any photographer will agree that is the hardest age to photograph.  I applaud this family though for having such patience in Elliot and making the session fun and just a good time.  We ran around, played hide and go seek, sang songs and as you can see towards at the very end played in dirt!! It was a great time and am so honored I was able to catch this special time in their life:)

Lil Liam

Introducing Liam

Liam, what a boy!! Both his mom and I both know is going to have quite a personality.  At 14 days old he already knew what he wanted and if you gave him anything else he would not have it....and he made it known lol.  Here is a lil sneak peek of lil liam :)

LaCaze Family

The LaCaze family....where do I start???

This was the first family where they weren't referred by anyone and they didn't have facebook they actually came across an ad I put on Craigslist.  So needless to say I was a bit nervous meeting them.  I kept wondering  "what they'll be like, will they be nice, how will they react to me....is this even a legit family?"   Needless to say leading up to that day I was a bunch of nerves and I actually asked my husband aka "my bodyguard for the day" to come with me lol. I couldn't have been more wrong about this family :) They were the nicest people I've met in a long time and am so happy that I could capture their family during this time in there life. They have 2 wonderful children and a rock solid marriage of 25 years!

Thank you the LaCaze's for the wonderful time and I can't wait for our yearly sessions!!!

Nora Phillips

First things first, I want to thank my co-workers for asking me to be apart of their wonderful gift to Melanie.  This session was actually a gift to her in a form of a gift certificate for her baby shower.  So when the day finally came for baby Nora to enter the world I was elated that I could finally set up her photo shoot and meet her!!! She couldn't have been easier to work with and slept nearly the entire time.  Her parents though really wanted some pics of her with her eyes open, unfortunately the only time she opened her eyes were while eating and of course right when I was packing up my stuff (i swear children always play that game lol).  Well I made sure to get my gear out as fast as I could so I could get at least one of her while she was wide eyed :)

Here is precious little Nora
